Camelback Village is managed by Z & R Property Management. The Association dues "assessments" for 2012 are $290.00 per home, per month. Included in that amount is a monthly Utility Fee of $82.00 per home, per month (all gas, water, furnace & air conditioning service). All homes pay the same dues level. Assessments are due on the first of each month and are considered late if received after the 10th of the month, when a $10.00 late fee is imposed. The dues include all exterior Common Area maintenance and repairs/replacements for the furnaces & filters, hot water heaters, air conditioning units, etc. See the Rules for more information. The Association's Fiscal year runs January to December.

Board Meetings are held quarterly on the 1st Tuesday of the month at 6:00 PM at the Association's meeting room in Building 2959. Meetings will be April 3rd, May 1st, July 3rd and October 2nd, 2012. Please call Z & R to verify meeting time/date and to be placed on the agenda.
